Angela, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a professional known for her academic and legal achievements. She completed her undergraduate studies in political science and financial planning at North Carolina A&T State University, graduating magna cum laude. Angela earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School, excelling as Lead Articles Editor of the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review, a National Moot Court competitor, and completing judicial internships with the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Her exceptional legal work earned her the prestigious Honorable Charles N. Clevert Jr. Scholarship, recognizing her commitment to justice and legal scholarship. Angela’s internships provided her with invaluable experience and insight into the judicial system, shaping her professional trajectory.
